Seeking to generate a more effective communication among Mercedes Benz's finance team members, an integration activity through artistic media was developed.
During this workshop, participants reflected upon active listening and the importance of each detail of the information transmitted. Later, Pentagono® intervened to generate an art piece that was installed in the offices of the company. The artwork serves as a constant reminder of the ideal communication that is sought in the team.
